Insurance and Rates:
If you wish to use health insurance for individual therapy sessions, I am an in-network provider with most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans and United Health Care PPO plans.
I do work with people who choose not to use insurance, also referred to as fee-for-service.
The fee-for-service rates for individual counseling sessions are $175 for the initial 60 minute assessment session and $150 for subsequent 60 minute sessions.
The fee-for-service rates for couples counseling sessions are $190 for the initial 60 minute assessment session and $165 for subsequent 60 minute sessions.
I accept HSA (health savings accounts) as a form of payment as well.
